As Co Founder and CIO/COO of Plexus, Dylan brings more than two decades of experience in software development, healthcare technology, and digital transformation. With a practical, design led mindset and a deep understanding of how systems and processes shape real world outcomes, he plays a central role in guiding Plexus’ operations, product direction, and delivery, ensuring the company builds technology that is intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful.

Dylan’s career has been rooted in improving patient journeys through better digital infrastructure. He has contributed to major national programmes across the NHS, including the development and rollout of a new interoperability standard for booking and referrals. Known for his calm, thoughtful approach and ability to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable solutions, he works seamlessly with clinicians, engineers, and senior stakeholders.

Born and raised in South Africa, Dylan brings a grounded, collaborative energy to everything he does. Away from work, he’s a rugby obsessive and loves the Springboks, a lover of the ocean, whether fishing, diving, snorkelling, or out on a boat. He also enjoys travelling, music, sport, and learning anything that feeds his curiosity.

Leigh has worked in the Health and Care sector since 2010 leading to a focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve outcomes.

With the solid foundation of an early support background, solving problems is second nature for Leigh. This has evolved into the need to understand the intricacies of a problem to best determine an effective solution. Whether it's architecting scalable infrastructure, integrating disparate systems, or designing applications with a user-centric approach, he is dedicated to creating holistic solutions that empower healthcare providers, improve patient care and ensuring those solutions are successful throughout their life cycle.

Paired with years of experience, from supporting healthcare professionals on the frontline to redesigning platforms to increase productivity and resilience, his tenacious work ethic has consistently delivered. Through a combination of Business Analysis and Technical Architecture Leigh can fill a myriad of technical and analytical roles within a team.

Carl has worked within Health and Care for over 20 years, commercially and in the public sector, specialising in the application of technology to enhance patient journeys for better care.

Problem solving is an innate characteristic, and Carl remains curious and relishes unpicking both technical and business problems. Getting to the crux of any question is key to achieving results that can make a difference. Carl has taken this ethos through his extensive experience within healthcare, working with healthcare professionals on the front line and the software suppliers who provide the solutions to support them. Carl enjoys being at the forefront of driving change, bringing together, and balancing the technical and business requirements.

Carl has experience of working with all levels of people and traverses every aspect of the development process, from inception to delivery. His work ethic culminates with a proven track record of successful projects.

For the last 10 years, his focus has been on product development and business analysis, establishing requirements for products, articulating these to stakeholder groups and ensuring benefits are realised.

As Director of Marketing at Plexus with over 20 years of marketing experience, Megan is a passionate Marketing Strategist who specialises in helping organisations achieve meaningful growth through strategic, results driven marketing. Her career began long before her formal roles in the industry, shaped by a deep interest in understanding people, solving business challenges, and creating marketing that delivers measurable impact.

She has worked across a wide range of industries, delivering large scale marketing strategies that create real business value. She combines strategic thinking with creativity and analytical insight, enabling her to quickly understand new sectors, adapt to evolving challenges, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Megan believes marketing is a core business function, one that builds differentiation, strengthens trust, and supports long term success. Her approach focuses on delivering strong outcomes while empowering clients with the clarity and confidence to make informed decisions that maximise their investment. Julie Harris is a seasoned clinical specialist with a passion for enhancing healthcare systems through strategic clinical governance and risk management.

With extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector, Julie is dedicated to delivering high standards of clinical safety and quality. As an NHS-accredited Clinical Safety Officer, she excels in achieving DCB0160 and DCB0129 clinical risk management compliance.

Her work spans requirements analysis, design, testing, training, and the implementation of innovative health and social care IT solutions. Julie has a special interest in telehealthcare services and is proficient in achieving and maintaining Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration. She believes that integrating strategic clinical input into telehealthcare can significantly improve patient outcomes and support the growing demand for healthcare services.

Formerly a Biomedical Scientist with 20 years of NHS clinical practice, Julie combines deep clinical knowledge with extensive experience in healthcare IT and digital transformation. She is as comfortable collaborating with CEOs and commissioners as she is with technical colleagues and patient groups, always striving to improve healthcare delivery and patient safety.

Neil is an experienced IT service and operations leader with more than 25 years' experience across service delivery, customer success, platform operations and cyber security.

He has spent much of his career working with healthcare technology and critical service environments, leading teams, managing high-value customer relationships and improving the way services are delivered and supported. His background includes service desk leadership, application delivery, service delivery management, platform operations and cyber security operations.

Neil is particularly strong at bringing structure to complex environments. He has led teams through service improvement, major incident management, SLA performance, vulnerability remediation and operational change, always with a focus on practical outcomes and better customer experience.

He combines hands-on technical ability with calm leadership and a clear sense of ownership. Neil is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and customers, helping to turn business needs into reliable, well-managed services.

For over 30 years, Mark's career has focused on the implementation and support of mission-critical IT systems, initially with the Ministry of Defence before moving into urgent and unscheduled care in 1998. His extensive experience ranges from support and development to training, consultancy and management, and he is equally comfortable performing highly technical work or consulting on strategic deployments.

Mark has played a key role in major initiatives such as NHS111, the NHS Direct Technical Links Project, NHS Pathways pilot and rollout, alongside international deployments and many unusual projects requiring creative and innovative solutions. In recent years, he was also a founding director of a small consultancy firm offering implementation, consultancy and clinical safety solutions.

Gavin has over 18 years' experience working across technical support, service delivery, and healthcare software environments, with a strong focus on clinical systems and operational reliability.

Beginning his career in technical support, Gavin developed a reputation for solving complex system issues and supporting users across business-critical healthcare platforms. Over time his role expanded into service leadership, incident management, and ensuring systems consistently met demanding service levels for both customers and internal teams. This operational experience has provided him with a deep understanding of how healthcare technology must perform in real-world clinical settings.

More recently, Gavin has focused on the configuration, deployment, and upgrading of clinical patient management systems, helping organisations implement improvements while maintaining stability and continuity of service. With experience spanning system troubleshooting, SQL-based investigation, defect management, and close collaboration with development and delivery teams, he brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to ensuring healthcare platforms remain reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Gareth has over 19 years' experience working in the Application Implementation, Technical Support, Service Delivery and Professional Service Teams for healthcare software implementations, with a strong focus towards structured, reliable and repeatable deployments.

Beginning his career in technical support, he built a reputation for resolving complex issues within business critical and patient impacting systems. His attention to detail, methodical approach and curiosity about how things work led him into Application Delivery, where he deployed, configured and upgraded critical healthcare platforms. Alongside this, Gareth operated as 3rd Line support, working closely with Developers, Clinical Teams, Professional Services and customers, ensuring he remained connected to the real world impact of good (and bad) processes on business reputation and patient outcomes.

More recently, Gareth moved into a more senior role in the Implementation teams, helping design procedures, processes and tools for the Upgrading and managing of clinical patient management systems that are more reliable (and faster) to implement and thus promote better continuity of service for the customers. With experience spanning defect management and resolution, Troubleshooting, SQL investigation, designing (and reverse-engineering) complex PowerShell/XAML based deployment tools and exposure to a wide range of technologies and products, he brings a detail-orientated, practical (but flexible) approach to ensuring that our clients healthcare platforms and systems remain reliable, efficient and highly functional at all times.
